Watch your Synology videos away from home (QuickConnect, DDNS)집 밖에서 Synology 영상 보기 (QuickConnect·DDNS)

To watch your Synology videos away from home with Ownstream, configure remote access on your NAS and connect using a QuickConnect ID or DDNS address. Save sign-ins to switch between home and away, or download videos to your iPhone or iPad before leaving to watch offline.집 밖에서 Ownstream으로 Synology 영상을 보려면 NAS의 외부 접속을 설정한 뒤 QuickConnect ID나 DDNS 주소로 연결하세요. 집과 외부 로그인을 저장해 전환하거나, 외출 전에 iPhone·iPad에 영상을 내려받아 오프라인으로 볼 수 있습니다.

Choose an address연결 주소 선택

• At home: use your NAS local IP address, such as 192.168.0.10. A local IP address does not work away from home.집 안에서는 192.168.0.10 같은 NAS 내부 IP 주소를 쓰세요. 내부 IP 주소로는 집 밖에서 연결할 수 없습니다.
• Away: enter a QuickConnect ID or a DDNS address such as name.synology.me:5001. An address beginning with https:// is also supported.집 밖에서는 QuickConnect ID 또는 name.synology.me:5001 같은 DDNS 주소를 입력하세요. https://로 시작하는 주소도 지원합니다.
• Without a port or scheme, Ownstream uses HTTPS on DSM port 5001. If you changed the DSM port, enter your custom port.포트와 scheme을 생략하면 Ownstream은 HTTPS와 DSM 포트 5001을 사용합니다. DSM 포트를 바꿨다면 해당 포트를 입력하세요.

Set up away-from-home viewing집 밖에서 보기 위한 설정 순서

1. Configure remote access on your NAS, then enter your QuickConnect ID or DDNS address on the Ownstream sign-in screen.NAS의 외부 접속을 설정한 뒤 Ownstream 로그인 화면에 QuickConnect ID나 DDNS 주소를 입력하세요.
2. Sign in with your existing DSM account. If two-step verification is enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.기존 DSM 계정으로 로그인하세요. 2단계 인증을 켰다면 인증 앱의 6자리 코드를 입력하세요.
3. For a self-signed certificate, verify the NAS address and certificate fingerprint before trusting it. The certificate pin stays only in this device’s Keychain.자체 서명 인증서라면 NAS 주소와 인증서 지문을 확인한 뒤 신뢰하세요. 인증서 핀은 이 기기의 Keychain에만 저장됩니다.
4. Save your sign-ins so you can switch between the home IP connection and the away connection in a tap. Sign-in details are stored only in the device’s Keychain.집 안 IP 연결과 외부 연결의 로그인을 저장해 한 번에 전환하세요. 로그인 정보는 기기의 Keychain에만 저장됩니다.
5. Open your library, choose a video and press play. If QuickConnect uses a relay, high-quality video may stutter; try a lower playback quality.라이브러리에서 영상을 골라 재생하세요. QuickConnect가 중계 서버를 거치면 고화질 영상이 끊길 수 있으므로 재생 화질을 낮춰 보세요.
6. For offline viewing, tap Download on a video’s screen on iPhone or iPad before heading out. Set the storage limit in Settings › Downloads.오프라인으로 보려면 외출 전에 iPhone·iPad의 영상 화면에서 다운로드를 누르세요. 설정 › 다운로드에서 최대 저장 용량을 정할 수 있습니다.

When QuickConnect is slowQuickConnect가 느릴 때

QuickConnect uses a Synology relay when a direct connection is not possible, and relays can be slower. At home, use your NAS IP address. Away from home, the support guide recommends router port forwarding and DDNS for a faster direct connection; lowering playback quality can reduce stuttering.QuickConnect는 직접 연결할 수 없을 때 Synology 중계 서버를 사용하며, 중계 연결은 느릴 수 있습니다. 집 안에서는 NAS IP 주소를 사용하세요. 지원 문서에서는 외부에서 더 빠르게 직접 연결하려면 공유기 포트 포워딩과 DDNS를 설정하도록 안내합니다. 재생 화질을 낮추면 끊김을 줄일 수 있습니다.

Certificate trust and offline downloads인증서 신뢰와 오프라인 다운로드

Playback and background downloads may fail with self-signed HTTPS. In that case, install a system-trusted certificate in DSM. A failure never makes Ownstream switch to HTTP; HTTP is used only when you explicitly choose to connect without encryption on the sign-in screen.자체 서명 HTTPS에서는 재생이나 백그라운드 다운로드가 실패할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 DSM에 시스템이 신뢰하는 인증서를 설치하세요. 실패해도 Ownstream이 HTTP로 자동 전환하지는 않습니다. HTTP는 로그인 화면에서 암호화 없이 연결을 직접 선택한 경우에만 사용합니다.

Offline downloads are available on iPhone and iPad. The Smaller download option asks the NAS to convert the video to about 720p first and is available only with Video Station.오프라인 다운로드는 iPhone·iPad에서 지원합니다. 작은 화질 옵션은 NAS에서 먼저 약 720p로 변환한 뒤 다운로드하며, Video Station이 있을 때만 사용할 수 있습니다.
